1. Processing your order

After placing your order, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address. Please retain this e-mail as proof of your purchase.
 
 

2.Shipment Processing Time

Processing time is the time it takes for us to prepare an order for shipment. All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after your payment has been authorized and verified. We will contact you if there are any delays.
 
 

3. Shipping Locations

Ashtray Home offers free standard shipping worldwide.
 
 

4.Shipping and Delivery

We try our best to ship your order to you as soon as possible. After placing your order, we will provide you with an estimated delivery time. Delivery times are estimated from the date of shipment, not from the date of the order.
 
Delivery times are indicative only and are dependent on the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates cannot be guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we will make every effort to fulfill your order.
 
For standard shipping, orders shipped from China will be delivered within 7-28 business days. For orders shipped within the United States, delivery will occur within 3-10 days.
 

Please note:

-Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
-Delivery dates may vary depending on the carrier’s shipping practices, delivery location, delivery method, and items ordered.
-Products may be delivered in batches.
-Packages to and from our facility may be delayed due to unexpected epidemic conditions. Thank you for your patience during this time.
-We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses if the information you provide is incorrect.
 
 

5. Tracking Options

Ashtray Home aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the entire shipping process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package.
 
 

6. International Customs, Duties and Taxes

All international shipments are subject to import duties, fees and taxes of the destination country/region. Delivery delays may occur if your country’s customs department randomly selects your package.
 
Ashtray Home is not responsible for any duties and taxes that may be incurred on your order. We have no control over the delivery and importation of your order
(parcel) shipping and importation to your country or additional costs associated with your order. We do not benefit in any way from these chargers and we work closely with our brokers and carriers to ensure delays are minimized.
 
All fees charged during or after transportation are the responsibility of the customer. You agree that you are responsible for any duties, taxes and customs requirements or other similar taxes, fees, levies, costs or charges associated with importing the products you purchase from us and shipping them internationally.
 
 

7. Damages

If there is any damage to the package upon delivery, please contact us immediately.
 
 

8. Missing or Lost Packages

There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a delivery exception.
 
We have found that more often than not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbor. Ashtray Home politely requests that customers look in common courier hiding spots. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it. If you have not located your order, please contact us to report missing or lost packages.
