I just placed an order, when will it ship?

If we have the item in the US, it will ship within 1-3 business days. Otherwise, it will ship within 3-10 business days from overseas.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

If this happens to you, please send us a message within 3 days of receiving the item. The message should contain:
1. your order number
2. an image of the damaged product in its original packaging
3. an image of the package label
4. an image of the shipping box
In most cases, we will send replacements. An exception is when a buyer tries to glue a broken item and shows us a photo of the glued item. Note: We need photos of the damaged item in the original packaging.


You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs using a traceable shipping service.

Refunds (if applicable)

Shipping costs for original shipments are non-refundable. Since shipping is included in the price of our products, we will advise of the shipping costs incurred.
In short, you will not receive a full refund when you return your item.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will inform you if the return is in good condition (no damage in transit) and approve/deny your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method.

What if I provided the wrong address?

If the order has not yet shipped, we are happy to update the address accordingly. If the order has already shipped, there is little we can do. Sorry!

What if the tracking shows that the item was delivered but I didn’t receive it?

For every item sent, there is a tracking link shared with the buyer. If you do not receive the item delivered, please contact us within 5 days of the “delivery” date (shown on the tracking link).
If the item is delivered by local postal service, it will be faster for the buyer to check at the local post office. Otherwise, we will contact the relevant logistics company to sort out the matter and update the buyer.

What if the delivery fails and the item is returned to the sender?

Logistics companies will usually attempt several deliveries or wait long enough for collection before deciding to return to sender. Any ‘return to sender’ items will not be reshipped. Upon payment of the redelivery fee, we will reship the returned item to the new/correct address.
This is a completed transaction as the order has been fulfilled. It is out of our control that no one is at the given address to receive the shipment. The buyer should always be ready/able to receive the item and ensure that the logistics company can reach the address provided.

Can you provide an exact delivery date or guarantee delivery by a specific date?

We would like to, but we can only provide an estimate as many factors are out of our control, such as flight schedules, speed of customs clearance, local postal efficiency in your area, etc.
Whenever possible, we will share the local postal tracking information for your area can request a text/email notification and find out when the package will be delivered.
